Andrea Bishop

Andrea worked for a software company for 11 years doing web design, software education, and technical documentation. Her patience and persistence with technical support lead to opportunities to appear on PBS over 80 times and write software manuals. She started blogging in 2004 and switched to WordPress in 2008. Now Andrea supports the users of WordPress.com for Automattic and puts all those skills to work. She is hopelessly addicted to her phone and a good dirty chai. @andrealee_b
