Ce faisant, vous aiderez \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement WordCamp Montr\u00e9al et le ferez v\u00f4tre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Comportements inacceptables<\/h3>\n<p>Les comportements inacceptables comprennent notamment\u00a0: les comportements intimidants, harcelants, abusifs, discriminatoires, d\u00e9sobligeants ou humiliants par les participants de WordCamp Montr\u00e9al et d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements connexes. Tous les lieux de pr\u00e9sentation de WordCamp Montr\u00e9al sont accessibles aux membres du grand public et vous devez par cons\u00e9quent \u00eatre respectueux de toutes les personnes qui y sont pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<p>Le harc\u00e8lement comprend notamment\u00a0: les commentaires verbaux offensants li\u00e9s au sexe, \u00e0 l&rsquo;orientation sexuelle, \u00e0 la race, \u00e0 la religion et aux d\u00e9ficiences, la nudit\u00e9 ou l&rsquo;utilisation inappropri\u00e9e d&rsquo;images \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sexuel dans des espaces publics (y compris sur des diapositives de pr\u00e9sentation), l&rsquo;intimidation d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e ou la traque furtive, le harc\u00e8lement par photographies ou enregistrements ind\u00e9sirables, la perturbation incessante de conversations ou d&rsquo;autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements, les contacts physiques inappropri\u00e9s et les attentions sexuelles non-sollicit\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Cons\u00e9quences d&rsquo;un comportement inacceptable<\/h3>\n<p>Les comportements inacceptables ne seront pas tol\u00e9r\u00e9s par les autres participants, organisateurs, membres du personnel des lieux de pr\u00e9sentation, commanditaires et autres personnes pr\u00e9sentes sur les lieux de pr\u00e9sentation de WordCamp Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les personnes appel\u00e9es \u00e0 cesser un comportement inacceptable sont tenues d&rsquo;agir en cons\u00e9quence imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n<p>Si un participant adopte un comportement inacceptable, les organisateurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement pourraient prendre les mesures qu&rsquo;ils jugeront appropri\u00e9es, qui peuvent comprendre une expulsion de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, sans avertissement ni remboursement.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Que faire si vous \u00eates t\u00e9moin ou faites l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un comportement inacceptable?<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous faites l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un comportement inacceptable, que vous remarquez qu&rsquo;une autre personne fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un comportement inacceptable ou que vous constatez une autre situation pr\u00e9occupante, veuillez alerter un organisateur dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de WordCamp Montr\u00e9al sera disponible pour aider les participants \u00e0 faire appel au personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des lieux de pr\u00e9sentation ou au service de police, afin de les escorter ou de les aider \u00e0 faire cesser un tel comportement inacceptable pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. As such, we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, preferred operating system, programming language, or text editor.<\/p>\n<p>This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.<\/p>\n<p>We invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Open Source Citizenship<\/h3>\n<p>A supplemental goal of this code of conduct is to increase open source citizenship by encouraging participants to recognize and strengthen the relationships between what we do and the community at large.<\/p>\n<p>In service of this goal, <span style=\"color: #000000\">WordCamp\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Montr\u00e9al<\/span>\u00a0organizers will be taking nominations for exemplary citizens throughout the event and will recognize select participants after the conference on the website.<\/p>\n<p>If you see someone who is making an extra effort to ensure our community is welcoming, friendly, and encourages all participants to contribute to the fullest extent, we want to know.\u00a0Please let Alex , our volunteer organizer, know about it.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Expected Behavior<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.<\/li>\n<li>Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.<\/li>\n<li>Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert conference organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in an authentic and active way. In doing so, you help to create <span style=\"color: #000000\">WordCamp\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Montr\u00e9al<\/span>\u00a0and make it your own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Unacceptable Behavior<\/h3>\n<p>Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct by any attendees of <span style=\"color: #000000\">WordCamp\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Montr\u00e9al<\/span>\u00a0and related events. All <span style=\"color: #000000\">WordCamp\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Montr\u00e9al<\/span>\u00a0venues may be shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.<\/p>\n<p>Harassment includes: offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and\/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Consequences Of Unacceptable Behavior<\/h3>\n<p>Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated whether by other attendees, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or other patrons of <span style=\"color: #000000\">WordCamp\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Montr\u00e9al<\/span>\u00a0venues.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.<\/p>\n<p>If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>What To Do If You Witness Or Are Subject To Unacceptable Behavior<\/h3>\n<p>If you are subject to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a conference organizer as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>The <span style=\"color: #000000\">WordCamp\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Montr\u00e9al<\/span>\u00a0team will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts, or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the conference.\u00a0Any volunteer can connect you with a conference organizer.
