I thrive on helping people get the most out of WordPress. After a career designing and building websites for clients as a freelancer, I began supporting WordPress users around the world as a volunteer in the WordPress.org support forums in 2011 and then as a Happiness Engineer with Automattic starting the following year. After a stint as a sponsored contributor to the WordPress.org Training team, I'm now a Technical Account Manager with the Automattic Special Projects team.
