Two years ago he made a break from the office and became a freelancer.<\/p>\n<p>Max will be giving a talk titled &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/2016.montreal.wordcamp.org\/session\/testing-wordpress-it-doesnt-actually-suck\/\">Testing WordPress: It Doesn\u2019t Actually Suck<\/a>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>What is your favorite improvement to WordPress this past year?<\/h3>\n<p>Responsive Images and WP REST API<\/p>\n<h3>Why did you decide to speak at WordCamp Montreal?<\/h3>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been wanting to do it for a while &#8211; since my first WordCamp five years ago or so; I&#8217;m also shaky at public speaking so it&#8217;s a terrific opportunity to practice.<\/p>\n<h3>What is your talk going to be about?<\/h3>\n<p>Testing in WordPress<\/p>\n<h3>What is the one thing you want people to walk away with from your talk?<\/h3>\n<p>Testing is good for any project, no matter the size.<\/p>\n<h3>Who in the WordPress community inspires you? Who do you follow?<\/h3>\n<p>Drew Jaynes, Rarst, Andrew Nacin<\/p>\n<h3>What new feature would you like to see in the future?<\/h3>\n<p>Teleportation module! On a serious note, anything I can think of can be done with plugins, so the issue is moot. Perhaps something around quality guidelines for themes and plugins, some sort of a standard.
